We have officially hit the princess stage. I'm not sure how it exactly happened but it did. Her favorite? Cinderella, of course. Violet absolutely adores Cinderella. She will sit in front of the TV and watch the video all the way through without moving a muscle. I guess she thinks that if she moves, the magic will wear off and, Cinderella won't end up happily ever after with the handsome prince.
Violet even dreams of Cinderella. How do I know this? Baby monitors are a wonderful thing when you want to hear your child while they're sleeping. Violet began to cry in her sleep earlier tonight and was telling Cinderella, "No Cinderella! The yellow one!" What the yellow one was I have no idea but Violet didn't sound too pleased with Cinderella at that moment. Hey, at least it wasn't Mommy or Daddy in the dream getting it wrong. We already mess up too much as it is. It wouldn't be fair if we were blamed for things going wrong in her dreams!
