After making Violet lunch and a special treat (blueberry muffins) for her snack, this is the conversation we had.
Violet ~ Thank you Mommy for making me lunch. This is the best grilled-cheese sandwich ever!
Me ~ Wow, thank you. That's high praise considering your Mimi P. makes some pretty awesome grilled-cheese sandwiches.
Violet ~ Yeah, hers are really good too. Soooo, let's not tell her I said that. Okay? (sorry Mimi P.)
Me ~ Okay, I think we can do that. (obviously, I can't!)
Violet ~ You know what else I think?
Me ~ What's that?
Violet ~ I think you're a magician in the kitchen!!!
