Ahh...

Ahh, I had an appointment with my new best friend today, my chiropractor! I went in with a pretty heavy headache and it was gone when I walked out the door. Dr. Rocque did some physical therapy on my neck and shoulders and then worked on the same muscles afterwards for a good thirty minutes. I was loose as a goose, so to speak, when he finished the little massage. Afterwards, I had a session of stretches and then an adjustment. I felt a couple inches taller when I walked out the door.
