Embraced

Earlier this morning Violet ran up to me, climbed in my lap and just embraced me as tightly as she could. As I held her in my arms I thought how lucky I am to be having this moment with my little girl. I held Violet as tightly as I could and realized that she was doing the same. This was a moment to be savored and I am thankful to have had it.
