52 Weeks of Me ~ Shadow

This week's photo assignment at 52 Weeks of Me is Shadow. I'm going to be perfectly honest with you and say that this photo is a shot I've already posted. I've been sick this past week and have been absolutely worthless.

The camera has been sitting on a table and hasn't been picked up once. It's feeling very neglected right now.

I played around with my camera a few weeks ago, trying to get a decent picture for my facebook profile. This is one of the shots that I got.


Sorry for the photo repost but trust me, you wouldn't want to see what I look like this week. Just take my word for it. It's been bad around here. I'm happy to report that I am on the mend though. Onward and upwards my friends!

52 Weeks of Me ~ Zero In

This week's assignment is Zero In. Technically, I only zeroed in on something that is an extension of me. You rarely see me without my glasses, and I definitely can't see you without them, so it seemed fitting they get a little attention of their own.

52 Weeks of Me ~ Profile

I cannot even begin to describe how difficult this week's assignment was for me. I took countless photos trying to get just one decent one. Something I've learned in this assignment: my camera does not like curly hair! I mean, it has a serious aversion to my curls. I finally wised up and pulled my hair away from my face and vi'ola! The first decent photo appears. Oh well, you live and learn. Or you go insane trying!

To my blogger friends: I figured out how to post the button on my blog but not how to center it. Help!

I'm going to bust out of my comfort zone by joining a weekly photo project. 52 Weeks of Me. We'll see how well I do with this. Here goes nothing!

This week's assignment is At Arm's Length. I ended up propping my arm on my knee to take this photo. For those who are my friends on facebook, sorry for the repost of the photo. I'm a newbie with this so please bear with me!
