Best Shot Monday

The Hydrangea is another flower that reminds me of my Great Granny. She had giant plantings of them growing in front of her house. I remember being in awe of the enormous flowers as they were the biggest I had ever seen. Someday I'll have a home of my own where I can plant hydrangeas in front of a window and enjoy their beauty just like I did when I was a child and was visiting my Great Granny.

I love hydrangeas too! That's funny. I just bought one the other day to place in the bed next to the lily of the valley I dug up from my Nannie's (grandmother) house before we had to move her out. I wanted to have them to remind me of her and how much she loved her flowers.
